The CGES stated that this initiative aims to strengthen coordination among authorities, ensure faster responses during emergencies, and improve the overall management of complaints regarding essential service interruptions.
All calls made to 1904 will be handled by the CGES Operations Centre, where each complaint will be verified, categorized by urgency, and routed to the appropriate response team for immediate action.
The CGES also urged the public to use the hotline responsibly and to provide clear, accurate information to help authorities ensure timely and effective resolutions.
